Roasted Green Chile

Last chance!  Final New Mexico chile restock is this week, available now! Order quickly!

Roasted to order bushels of Hatch or Pueblo green chiles! We're ready for the harvest of hot, medium and mild chiles, perfect for cooking.

Please select your chile type and heat level from the drop-down menu, multiple types and heat levels may be ordered in one order in addition to bushels/half-bushels. Chile orders placed before 3:00pm will be contacted same-day to arrange roasting and pick-up, chile orders placed after 3:00pm will be contacted to arrange roasting and pick-up for the following day. Chiles cannot be held outside of arranged pick-up time. 

If your preferred type and heat level are unavailable, we are currently sold out and request that you check back online in the next 3-5 business days for updated availability.

Be sure to select "pick-up" at check-out and include your phone number so we can call you to arrange for order pick-up!
