Roasted Chile Half-Bushel

Roasted to order half-bushels of Hatch or Pueblo green chiles!

Please select your chile type and heat level from the drop-down menu, multiple types and heat levels may be ordered in one order in addition to bushels/half-bushels. Chile orders placed before 3:00pm will be contacted same-day to arrange roasting and pick-up, chile orders placed after 3:00pm will be contacted to arrange roasting and pick-up for the following day. Chiles cannot be held outside of arranged pick-up time. 

If your preferred type and heat level are unavailable, we are currently sold out and request that you check back online in the next 3-5 business days for updated availability.

Be sure to select "pick-up" at check-out and include your phone number so we can call you to arrange for order pick-up!
