What do bees like? Or the butterflies? What can we plant to help our struggling pollinator friends? We can plant all their favorite flowers that will provide them with all the pollen and nectar they need to keep them buzzing. In this class, we’ll talk about perennial flowers you can plant that provide great food sources for them throughout the summer. We’ll consider bees, butterflies, hummingbirds and native bees. And we’ll cover plants that will attract each kind. We’ll talk about the well known and not so common plants that they love, where to put them and how to grow them. We’ll also talk a little about annual plants that flower all summer and provide great nectar sources for our bees and birds as well.
Tickets are $10.00. This reserves your spot and includes a free coffee from our coffee bar and 10% off of your Summerland Garden purchases on the day of the class!
