Roasted Green Chile

Green chiles are here! We have bushels and half bushels of chiles roasted to order! We are your only Colorado Springs source for New Mexico chiles, and we carry Pueblo, CO chiles as well!

Restock of New Mexico chiles will be available Friday September 19th!

Available in mild, medium, hot, and even extra hot for those of you who are more adventurous!

Please select your chile type and heat level from the drop-down menu; multiple types and heat levels may be ordered in one order. Be sure to include your phone number so we can call or text you to arrange a time for order pick-up!  Chiles cannot be held outside of the arranged pick-up time.

If your preferred type and heat level are unavailable, we are currently sold out and request that you check back online in the next 3-5 business days for updated availability.

We also carry 1 and 2-pound bags in-store, so stop by and pick up a bag anytime!
