Syngonium podophyllum 'Neon Robusta', commonly called arrowhead vine, is native from Mexico to Ecuador. The 'Neon Robusta' features light green foliage tinged with rosy-pink. Mature plants will reach up to 1' tall with vining branches up to 2' long when grown as a houseplant. Vining stems will grow much longer if grown in a conservatory or greenhouse environment. Flowers are rarely produced in cultivation. This plant is protected by patent number PP18013.
Watering: Keep evenly moist checking your plant at least weekly and watering when the top 2-3" of soil are dry.
Light Requirements: Bright, indirect light in a warm spot. Direct sun can scorch a syngonium's leaves.
Humidity Needs: 60-90% is ideal for this variety.
Soil Preference: A well-draining light soil. Standard potting soil with additional perlite and organic matter would be ideal.
Fertilizing: Will benefit from a half-strength fertilizer applied 2x/month during spring/summer months. Can use worm castings in lieu of fertilizer for an organic approach.
Repotting: Either annually or when your plant becomes rootbound.

Common Issues: Browning, crisping leaves due to underwatering or yellowing leaves due to overwatering. Watch for common pests, but syngonium are not frequently infested.
